The AFIP published RG 4520 where it makes some modifications regarding the issuance of “A” invoices for companies that carry out certain activities (restaurants, bars, hotels, clothing, garage rental, etc).
- They eliminate Form 8001, which until today was the means by which a client of these items could request that they issue invoice A.
- It incorporates in the electronic billing systems the possibility of incorporating a code that enables to make the voucher with discriminated VAT.
- The systems that can be used for this are: Online vouchers, Webservices and Fiscal Controllers but ONLY “new technology”.
